ABBA Roller is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 2 – CNC Grinder. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys repetitive work and is comfortable working on their own in a group environment. Able to understand instructions and comfortable asking questions whenever necessary. Someone who understands the importance of accuracy. Requirements
- High School degree or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 2+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment and/or with machine experience

Responsibilities
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety policies and procedures.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Communicate production and quality updates to supervisor and complete daily productivity reports as required.
- Achieve daily production goals as required by production supervisor and program manager.
- Adhere to all quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Operate CNC grinding machine to achieve material removal on metallic and rubber products.
- Operate CNC and manual grinding lathe to smooth or polish the surface of metallic and rubber products.
- Load material onto CNC and manual grinding lathes using the proper tools and mechanisms.
- Maintain product specifications by observing grinding operations, taking measurements, detecting malfunctions, and replacing worn tools as necessary.
- Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, troubleshooting malfunctions, and notifying maintenance for repairs.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by production supervisor.
