Join our innovative team in Memphis, where we’re transforming patient outcomes through advanced spine solutions. As a Manufacturing Technician I, you’ll play a key role in producing patient-specific spine rods, collaborating across teams and using cutting-edge technology to deliver life-changing products. Schedule: Friday-Sunday 5:00am-5:30pm
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0 years of experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD or 3D modeling software
- Experience with 3D printing technology
Responsibilities
- Devises, fabricates, installs, tests, and repairs mechanical equipment and systems involving the movement of physical components in the manufacturing area.
- Assisting engineers with developing technical solutions related to the operation and performance of devices and systems.
- Installs, repairs, and upgrades components of mechanical devices and systems in the manufacturing area.
- Devises, fabricates, and assembles new or modified mechanical components for machinery and equipment.
- Conducts quality assurance/control tests and procedures.

- Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$44,000.00 - $66,000.00
- This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
- The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California.
- The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
- Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
