About The Position
Kobees is a growing, all-natural personal care brand, and we’re hiring Seasonal Temporary Production Team Members to support high-volume production of our lip balm products. This is a hands-on, manual role focused on preparing ingredients, filling tubes, and hand-labeling products across multiple flavors and product lines. The work is repetitive and fast-paced, and accuracy, consistency, and efficiency are key to success. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing detailed, repetitive work well, and can stay focused in a production environment.
Requirements
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work and high-volume production
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable, focused, and disciplined with strong attention to detail
- Able to take direction well and follow processes consistently
- Efficient, organized, and quality-minded
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Package and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist in the production of handmade lip balms and other personal care products
- Label and prepare product inventory for distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and production areas
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards at all times
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly goals
- Support additional warehouse or production tasks as needed
