Manufacturing Team Leader - 2nd Shift (02:55pm to 11:05pm)

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the production plan within the shift and handling logistic tasks.
Requirements
- 1-2 years minimum manufacturing experience; 3 years desired.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Organized with good technical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Basic math skills and understanding of quality systems.
- Computer proficiency and manual dexterity required.
- Commitment to attendance and punctuality.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of the metric system.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with measurement devices and quality systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize the team efficiently.
- Communicate with the Manufacturing Manager.
- Perform daily measurements and quality inspections.
- Troubleshoot equipment and escalate issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Train employees and maintain inventory practices.
- Uphold housekeeping standards.
- Record production activities accurately.
- Conduct quality inspections following International Automotive Task Force quality standards (IATF 16949).
- Escalate issues to the manager as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and assist with complex tasks.
- Follow Internal Quality Issues procedures (IQI).
- Perform other assigned duties.
