About The Position

You will be the Manufacturing Support Team Member for the Camden Operations team. Our team is responsible for achieving production goals and objectives, and we're looking for a talented individual to help us initiate and implement new communication initiatives for production operations. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Support Team Member, you will be responsible for working on a variety of tasks that drive communication excellence and support our production operations. Your responsibilities will include: Support strategic integrated communications plans for Camden Operations, as well as other special projects within the business. Support key communications initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders across the Communications and Manufacturing teams, and support special projects and events as needed. Support integrated communication plans for significant site initiatives, milestones and events. Assist with various leader engagements and site visits through multi-faceted visual communications. Present improvement ideas to a variety of audiences. Develop multimedia content for sharing on internal and external platforms. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education/experience
  • Experience in visual communications disciplines
  • Experience in organizational and employee communications
  • Experience planning and executing comprehensive communications plans and campaigns
  • Experience with digital and social media trends and practices
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in audio engineering (i.e., operating a sound board, supporting A/V for events, editing audio in Premiere Suite, etc.)
  • Advanced visual communications skillset (i.e., graphic design, wholistic video production, photography, etc.)
  • Proficient with Adobe Suite, After Effects experience is a plus
  • Strong writing, editing and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with business leaders
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an ever‑changing, fast‑paced environment, meeting tight deadlines
  • Ability to handle communications deadlines and challenges involving multiple stakeholders, functions and customers
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with AI tools and generating text prompts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds helpful for event support
