About The Position

Manufacturing Team Member – Join Team Omni Omni Glass & Paint is hiring a full-time Manufacturing Team Member to join our warehouse and production team. Our production schedule typically runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00am to 3:30pm, with a short four-hour shift every Friday. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with excellent benefits, room to grow, and a positive, team-focused environment. As a Manufacturing Team Member, you'll work in our warehouse and production areas to help move, prepare, and ship materials for customer orders. You'll be responsible for picking and packing glass products, scanning and labeling incoming inventory, and loading or unloading materials using forklifts and pallet jacks. You'll inspect products to ensure quality standards are met, assist in repairing shipping frames (a-frames), and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This is a physical, hands-on role that involves lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks. You'll be cross-trained across different workstations and work closely with team leads and managers to keep operations running smoothly and safely.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Basic computer skills
  • Mechanical aptitude
