About The Position
The Supervisor will coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure the safety of our employees, drive the highest possible quality that meets or exceeds customer requirements, ensure our products are delivered on time in full, control costs/budgets associated within a manufacturing environment while boasting the Morale of the team. In this role, you will lead standard work and continuous improvement teams that reduce costs and increase efficiencies.
Requirements
- MBO in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Printing Technology or closely related field or equivalent
- 2+ years of manufacturing engineering and leadership experience; OR the equivalent combination of education and skills
Nice To Haves
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and 5S
- Experience in manufacturing operations
- Mathematical skills
