This position will work the swing shift, Monday- Friday and is a fully on-site role based in Fremont, CA. We are seeking a steady, systems-minded Manufacturing Kanban Supervisor to support daily manufacturing operations through clear processes, consistent execution, and professional leadership. This role focuses on maintaining material flow, inventory accuracy, and a safe, well-run floor environment. This position reports to the Senior Manufacturing Manager and is a fully on-site role based in Fremont, CA.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment as a Kanban Leader
  • Proven track record managing a minimum of 100+ raw materials of varying complexity and operational need
  • A strong aptitude for learning and mastering new skills, such as forecasting and fleet management
  • A high level of self-awareness and a strong sense of ownership over departmental results

Responsibilities

  • Support daily Kanban operations with a focus on consistency, safety and flow
  • Ensure inventory processes are followed accurately (receiving, storage, transactions, counts)
  • Monitor floor conditions, material readiness, and line-side support
  • Coach team members through clear expectations and standard work
  • Identify process gaps early and escalate to key stake holders proactively
  • Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous improvement efforts
  • Lead and support safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for employees and visitors
  • Hire, train, and develop material handling staff to support plant ramp up and continued operations
  • Support the launch of new products and processes in collaboration with cross functional teams
