This is a second shift position. The hours are 2:30pm-11:00pm. As a Manufacturing Supervisor a typical day might include the following: Managing department indicators and providing clear direction to meet production objective. Inspire and drive employee performance and engagement by mentoring, teaching, and coaching employees. Actively and effectively maintain SEL culture by managing and addressing detractors to our values. Consistently seek clarity through data to drive and promote improvement in culture, safety, quality, delivery, and profit. Model, teach and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. Understand. Create. Simplify. Other duties as assigned.
