Requirements

2 year degree in business administration, operations management, logistics, or other related function
5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
1-3 years in a leadership role with supervisory responsibilities

Responsibilities

Supervise manufacturing operations to ensure tasks are completed in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
Train and develop personnel to maintain compliance with established procedures, while driving the creation, use, and improvement of SOPs, performance metrics, and goals that foster productivity and continuous improvement.
The Manufacturing Supervisor is also responsible for completing required administrative tasks, such as work order review, process audits, and preparing necessary forms and reports.
