About The Position

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to lead production operations, manage resources, and ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality products. This role will serve as the main point of contact for customers, oversee scheduling and productivity, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and coordinating meetings across multiple interfaces.
• Strong background in lean manufacturing and team management.
• Proficiency in Alstom processes, procedures, and IT tools/software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontracted activities to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Act as the focal point for the customer, providing daily updates.
• Oversee schedules, productivity, and quality targets.
• Pilot workload and capacity planning, setting priorities as needed.
• Manage resources, training programs, and employee qualifications.
• Prepare monthly reports based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate handovers between team supervisors.
• Initiate and manage continuous improvement activities.
