About The Position

Our Manufacturing supervisor has the opportunity to lead, coach and mentor all positions in the Manufacturing-Fabrication departments. Overseeing all aspects of both areas, ensuring that all employees are fully engaged in their positions. Passing quality product on to the next department or our final customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

• ability to lead and develop employee's skills
• read and interpret prints
• be detail and task oriented with strong organizational skills
• CNC equipment knowledge
• supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of other areas of manufacturing such as press brake, shear, production saw, laser operation and welding

Responsibilities

• Lead, Coach and mentor all other positions in the departments.
• Assists in hiring interviews and monitors all employees' performance and prepares evaluations.
• Report employee absence and machine breakdowns to Production Manager so schedule can be adjusted.
• Records time spent and materials used on all shop orders.
• Assists in all fabrication area when needed.
