Position Summary As a member of the Manufacturing Operations shift team, the employee is directly responsible for managing a team of 4 to 15 manufacturing specialists that maintain the flow of production through sections of the line, during their shift, while achieving world class speed and quality.

Requirements

• Engineering or Business management degree.
• A minimum of one year of experience with demonstrated success in inventory analysis, production control, capacity planning, lean manufacturing, six sigma, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Managing peoples and all related tasks.
• Troubleshooting complex production issues utilizing computer systems.
• Making decisions based on best known methods or operating procedures.
• Tracking and documenting production obstacles and communicating these issues effectively.
• Collaborating with external departments to enhance manufacturing performance.
