MANSUP-Manufacturing Supervisor
About The Position
Medivant Healthcare is a U.S.-based pharmaceutical manufacturer specializing in sterile injectable generics for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers nationwide. Our FDA-registered facilities in Chandler and Deer Valley, Arizona, are dedicated to ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance, and affordable medication access. The Manufacturing Supervisor leads day-to-day production operations, ensuring manufacturing activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP and internal SOPs. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting technicians and operators in a fast-paced GMP environment.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, production processes, and documentation.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Prior supervisory or team-lead experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor manufacturing technicians and operators.
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor production performance, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to support smooth operations.
- Review batch records, deviations, and corrective actions in collaboration with QA.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.
