About The Position

You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Sensors and Integration Test Center. Our team is the corporation's Center of Excellence for electro‑optical and infrared fire‑control sensor systems, delivering final assembly, integration, and test of mission‑critical sensors. As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a union‑represented crew of mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblers while driving quality, schedule, and cost excellence. Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Microsoft office suite experience.
  • Prior leadership/management experience
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

  • Degree focus in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or other degree major with relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day production activities, ensuring composite, paint, bonding, and testing processes meet high‑performance standards.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative environment that embraces continuous improvement.
  • Maintain strong written and oral communication, building effective relationships across engineering, supply chain, and management.
  • Resolve conflicts swiftly and uphold safety and compliance with AS9100 and other applicable standards.
  • Provide transparent status reporting and drive corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
