The Manufacturing Supervisor position is crucial to the shift operation and productivity of the Finishing & Shipping - Warehouse Department.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and warehouse operations
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule including some weekends.
• Strong leadership and teamwork to make a quality product while ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree
• SAP and Panther experience

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise approximately 20+ unionized shift employees in the daily production of the Warehouse operation.
• Responsible for the planning and monitoring of performance against key operating targets.
• Ensures compliance to established customer quality and production standards.
• Actively leads and participates in plant safety, housekeeping, 5S and lean manufacturing programs by ensuring goals are met within the department.
• Ensures completion of all required paperwork, schedules, work orders, etc.
• Verify adequate staffing and payroll approval for shift employees.
