The Capital Project Manager team is part of the Global Technical Services organization and is committed to delivering manufacturing breakthroughs, product initiatives, cost savings, and supply assurance projects with excellence. As part of the GTS organization, you will directly connect to championing both the consumer and your teammates to be well and thrive every day. Global Technical Services is at the forefront of delivering the next generation high-speed packaging lines, enabling sustainable packaging, or designing a new plant, ready to meet the business challenges head-on. As a Manufacturing Strategic Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of medium to large-size capital projects ensuring consistency with business strategy, commitments, and goals. You will use Clorox engineering principles and Early Management tools to determine strategies to kick off the project, evaluate and understand the project requirements, lead a larger engineering team consisting of packaging, process, electrical, and instrumentation; monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, expenditures, vendor management, and monthly reporting.
