Requirements

1-3 years of previous work experience in an office setting
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must pass a physical and criminal background check prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a manufacturing environment or supportive role is strongly preferred
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

Responsible for preparing quotes and provide order status to customers
Run weekly manufacturing reports and create custom reports as needed.
Reconcile and report discrepancies found in records and make corrections as needed.
Bring unresolved variances to supervisor for discussion and resolution and enter manufacturing orders based on demands.
Maintain stock inventory and schedule, order additional supplies as needed.
Responsible for creating and closing manufacturing orders in a timely manner.
Prepare purchase orders for manufacturing orders and MRP items.
Compile statistical, inventory or auditing reports for management meetings.
Possess knowledge of assembly process to limit scrap materials.
Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
Ability to interact with all levels of management and have strong attention to detail.
