Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous work experience in an office setting
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment or supportive role is strongly preferred
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a physical and criminal background check prior to employment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparing quotes and provide order status to customers
  • Run weekly manufacturing reports and create custom reports as needed.
  • Reconcile and report discrepancies found in records and make corrections as needed.
  • Bring unresolved variances to supervisor for discussion and resolution and enter manufacturing orders based on demands.
  • Maintain stock inventory and schedule, order additional supplies as needed.
  • Responsible for creating and closing manufacturing orders in a timely manner.
  • Prepare purchase orders for manufacturing orders and MRP items.
  • Compile statistical, inventory or auditing reports for management meetings.
  • Possess knowledge of assembly process to limit scrap materials.
  • Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and have strong attention to detail.
