Location: Cookeville, TN, United States- On-site (Relocation assistance is available to those who qualify and live within the US only, at this time we are not able to provide sponsorship now or in the future) Supervises the daily activities of a production unit or teams. Responsibilities In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets. Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. Serve as group leader on projects and work assignments. Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities. Coaches and mentors team members. Qualifications To be successful in this role you will need the following: Flexibility – Moving between shifts quite frequently. Anyone hired for this position will start on 2 nd shift but must be flexible if asked to move to another shift at any given moment. Leadership skills – Looking for individuals that are capable of leading a group(s) of operators. Experience and/or a positive attitude with good communication skills. Accountability – Responsible individuals that are willing to accept responsibility and hold others as well as himself/herself responsible for attaining goals daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Education/Experience College, university, or equivalent degree preferred but not required. High School Diploma required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Base salary range: $75,794 to $84,214. The position is eligible for paid overtime and overtime will be required. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate. Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
