Requirements
- Proven experience in shop or operations management, preferably in manufacturing or custom cabinetry/closet industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with production scheduling and quality control processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external vendors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with production management software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily shop operations to ensure timely and quality production of custom closet products.
- Supervise, train, and motivate shop personnel to optimize productivity and maintain a safe work environment.
- Oversee scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to meet production deadlines.
- Coordinate with sales, design, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain equipment and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare regular reports on production status, challenges, and achievements for senior management.
