Manufacturing Representative will have knowledge of the structural, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical equipment used in lifting and handling with specific responsibility for all overhead cranes, forklifts, and personnel lifts and provide technical support to the Crane Engineering Group. Responsibilities to include resolution of technical problems, vendor liaison and input of procedures and technical support to department engineering to support production operations. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reliability metrics, safety audits and sparing inventory. Requires an individual with a technical background to initiate and coordinate any studies to improve equipment, operating methods, expand existing hardware utilization and development of any new hardware required. The individual must be capable of climbing to 150-foot levels above ground and feel comfortable working at this height. This job also requires field work in all climate conditions. This position is onsite Monday - Friday with core hours between 6:00AM - 4:00PM. Occasional off hour and on-call work may be required.
