About The Position

We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Quality Technician to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills, hands-on experience with quality tools, and a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
Hands-on experience using standard quality tools (calipers, tape measure, micrometers, etc.).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality assurance practices.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Nice To Haves

Ability to read technical drawings and specifications is a plus.
2+ years in a manufacturing quality technician or similar role.
Experience with ISO or other quality management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies.
Accurately measure components using calipers, tape measures, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
Record and analyze data using Microsoft Excel; generate quality reports and trend charts as needed.
Communicate clearly and effectively with production, engineering, and quality teams.
Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements.
