About The Position

Lead, create, and implement innovative technical activities and solutions in Mass Production, Business Plan, and New Model areas to efficiently meet or exceed Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale (SEQDCM) targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, etc.)
  • 2 or more years of experience depending on education level
  • Strong communication, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills; demonstrated leadership and project management experience; ability to multi-task and implement data-driven countermeasures effectively

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to ensure shared understanding and alignment of quality objectives
  • Review and analyze daily reports to identify quality issues and system gaps, developing countermeasures and conducting root cause analyses for continuous improvement
  • Utilize data analysis and PDCA to lead and support cross-departmental problem solving for complex manufacturing challenges
  • Monitor and manage product and process performance to optimize quality and reduce operational costs
  • Develop capabilities of self and colleagues through mentoring, training, and knowledge sharing
  • Establish priorities and make data-driven decisions to effectively accomplish business objectives
  • Manage project implementation, schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion and target achievement
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance quality systems and operational effectiveness
  • Manage scrap trends, CSI, and NCPD activities to meet quality flow and scrap reduction targets
