Job Title Manufacturing Quality Assurance Professional About your role: Join our Output Solutions within Fiserv, delivering high-volume print and document lifecycle services for financial clients. The Quality Assurance team validates document composition, secure print workflows, and production reliability across batch and on-demand channels. In this role you will build testing strategies and automation that ensure accurate, compliant print output and uninterrupted production throughput. What you’ll do: Serve as a dedicated resource for researching and addressing incidents immediately, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operations. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents across sites, documenting findings and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Daily monitoring of compliance to controls, including inspector and operator behavior, to ensure adherence to quality standards. Drive quality outcomes by collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Audit processes and outputs for compliance and quality assurance, identifying gaps and recommending improvements. Maintain an incident tracking system, ensuring accurate documentation, prioritization, and follow-up on investigations. Conduct trend analysis on recurring issues to identify systemic risks and propose long-term solutions. Support compliance audits and internal reviews, ensuring alignment with regulatory and company standards. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards summarizing incident metrics, root causes, and corrective actions for leadership review. Provide training and guidance to site teams on incident reporting, investigation protocols, and compliance requirements.
