THE WORK Manufacturing Project Manager - Manage project life cycle from plan development and start up through schedule, resource, and task management to evaluate and close out on assigned programs. As IPT lead, coordinate internal operations functions in support of product cost, schedule and quality commitments, generation of manufacturing production plans, and resolution of program issues. Candidate will act as Cost Account Manager (CAM) on assigned programs and be required to become CAM Certified. Preferred skills and experiences: hands-on experience leading manufacturing and financial aspects of programs including budget estimating, cost management, customer relationship management, and overall production execution. Candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively through written documentation and presentations to varying levels of management and customers. Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Effective Presentation Skills and ability to manage an IPT
  • Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • 3 or more years of demonstrated experience leading a project in a manufacturing environment
  • manufacturing knowledge
