About The Position

Bring your talent and leadership to Raytheon's Circuit Card Manufacturing (CCM). We have a high visibility opportunity for a Production Supervisor in the Sensors High Mix Value Stream. This role will have overall responsibility for a manufacturing operations team consisting of 15-20 assembly, inspection, and test employees. This individual will lead a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to ensure products meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production. You will be responsible for a safe work environment and will actively lead and engage in safety improvement projects. You will engage in daily interaction with a cross-functional team to meet organizational goals and objectives.
This role requires daily interaction with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, finance, and the program management office. Achieving/exceeding cost, quality, delivery, safety goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using six sigma and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.

Requirements

• Typically require a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Supervisory, Leadership and/or manufacturing experience is required.
• Must have successfully completed an RTX SkillBridge Internship Program.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
• Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven track record of lean / six sigma.
• Previous experience supervising bargaining unit employees.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access).
