About The Position

Structural Component Systems, Inc. of Fremont, NE is actively seeking a positive and energetic full-time Manufacturing Production Schedule Coordinator to ensure the effective and smooth running of the day-to-day plant operations. This administrative position works Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with a one hour lunch and NO WEEKENDS and earns a competitive wage based on experience in the construction industry. ng with opportunities for advancement, and a casual dress code. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MANUFACTURING PRODCUTION SCHEDULER Each day you will work on a computer entering data and scheduling work using Microsoft Office suite software and other specific software relative to the building component industry. This includes the following: Jigging floors and roofs and/or walls and stairs Instruct loaders how to load trailers and print loaders paperwork Print tags Using Bistrack, order special materials May include uploading drivers pictures and completed loads in Bistrack May include timber mill cut material lists Miscellaneous duties as needed Get marked jobs built Go through each schedule and determine what is complete Construction knowledge and/or component manufacturing experience a plus!

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
  • Ability to manage data, filing
  • Must be self-motivated and have initiative to carry out tasks
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work under deadlines, prioritize tasks and multi-task
  • Must be at least 18 years old and speak fluent English
  • High School Diploma preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Construction knowledge and/or component manufacturing experience a plus!
  • Knowledge of Sketch-up and Bistrack software preferred but not required
