About The Position

Temp To Full-Time Manufacturing - Production Laborer Seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Laborer to join the galvanizing team. This position is hands-on and involves working closely with coworkers to handle galvanized materials, operate tools and equipment, and ensure that finished products meets company quality standards.

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to use wire cutters, other hand tools, power tools such as grinders and overhead crane
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Follows written and verbal instructions with accuracy and reliability.
• Maintains a safety-focused mindset and works well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload galvanized materials using an overhead crane.
• Use wire cutters to cut galvanized materials onto work horses.
• Review tags attached to materials to determine the required quality level (A, AA, or DBL).
• Finish materials using files or grinders with sanding disks to meet quality specifications.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and timelines.
