Morgan Advanced Materials, located in Twinsburg, Ohio just a short drive from Cleveland, is actively hiring Production Associates on First Shift. Our Production Associates receive extensive on the job training to perform the following responsibilities:

Requirements

• Ability to understand and communicate in written and verbal English.
• Ability to reliably work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (lift assist available as required).
• Visual acuity
• Basic math skills
• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Satisfactory pre-employment screenings (includes background check and drug and alcohol screening)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lift assist available as required).
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be a: Citizen of the United States, or Permanent resident alien of the United States, or Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing/production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, pack and inspect products.
• Operate various machines and equipment while adhering to standard operating procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and daily accountability meetings
