Job Purpose Lead NA region process standardization as the business expert by creating and directing the process development strategy and diffusion across all North American manufacturing plants ensuring robust, repeatable, and controlled methods are in place to maximize business value and support plant characteristics enhancement.

Requirements

  • Drive the development and implementation of process design strategies and standards including plans & targets to improve the business operating capabilities for the region.
  • Lead regional sustainment initiatives by analyzing regional process data, identifying gaps to standards, delivering effective proposals to countermeasure.
  • Work effectively with local and regional process development and sustainment teams to ensure process standards are created, documented, and sustained.
  • Develop methods and tools to ensure process standardization is maintained throughout the manufacturing sites.
  • Develop and sustain standard programs for process design and deliver when required.
  • Serve as designated system admin alternate. Understand the admin role to support system change management.
