Only LOCAL candidates will be considered for this role, as it is fully in person. This program will run from February 23rd through December 18th, 2026. Selected candidates must be available to work at least Part-Time hours between February 23rd and May 15th, Full-Time hours during the Summer (May 18th – August 7th), and then Part-Time hours through the end of the program during the Fall. Manufacturing As part of Manufacturing, you’ll use your skills, our systems, and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious, finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain. Mondelēz International Operations assignments are designed for individuals pursuing careers in Engineering and Manufacturing Production/ Operations Management. Our Co Op assignments focus on practical, value-added projects, and related experiences that teach how operations production drives value throughout the organization. This includes: Providing leadership and guidance to employees while optimizing production Meeting production schedules to achieve business goals Communicating effectively with managers, supervisors, and employees Leading multi-functional project teams of technical and operations functions

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any Engineering related degree.
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between May 2026 and December 2026.
  • Must be in close proximity to Mondelez International’s Naperville, IL Plant (1555 Ogden Ave, Naperville, IL 60540)
  • Must be available to do full-time hours (40 hours per week) over the Summer, and part-time hours during the Fall 2025 school semester.
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.
