About The Position

What You’ll Do: Complete hands-on training: Own and continuously improve end-to-end manufacturing processes for power transmission components and validate machining parameters, tolerances, fixturing methods, and process controls Develop standard : Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G-code for turning, milling, hobbing, grinding, and related machining operations. Project management: Develop or support additional programming solutions using Python, SQL, or C/C++ for manufacturing data analysis, reporting, and process monitoring and maintain process documentation including standard work, work instructions, control plans, and process FMEAs Troubleshoot : Troubleshoot machining and programming issues related to tool paths, feeds, speeds, and machine behavior. Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Support capacity planning, line balancing, and productivity improvement initiatives Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve design standards, and support cost-saving initiatives. What You’ll Bring: Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required. Manufacturing experience: Experience in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably involving machined power transmission components Mechanical aptitude: Strong background in machining process engineering Drafting software skills: Hands-on CNC programming experience, including G-code Attention to detail: Highly detail-oriented in all aspects of work. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing environments, preferably involving machined power transmission components
  • Strong background in machining process engineering
