Here, you will make an impact by: Champion for Environmental, Safety and Health and Regulatory (EHS&R) Leading Continuous Improvement (CI) and Product & Process Understanding (PPU) efforts to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) - uptime, productivity and yield Driving Capital Investment, New Product Introduction and New Technologies to Increase Manufacturing Capabilities Efficiently troubleshooting defects and variation, performing root cause analysis, applying systemic problem-solving skills and building robust solutions Proactively communicating at all levels of the organization to drive direction and positive change Supporting a dynamic 24x7 operation through a willingness to be on-call

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) AND Three (3) years of engineering experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR Associates degree (completed and verified prior to start) AND Six (6) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in the semiconductor support industry
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills; practical and hands-on, with analytical comprehension and data driven decision making
  • Experience with SPC, Lean Six Sigma, and Design of Experiments (DOE)
  • Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams from multiple locations and divisions
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity and change
