About The Position

Are you a builder of precision workflows or a Mastercam programming pro? TekPro is hiring on behalf of a modern aerospace component manufacturer in Rochester . These are permanent, direct-hire opportunities within a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. Choose your focus We’re adding two profiles to strengthen engineering and operations: 1) CAD/CAM Manufacturing Engineer Must have: Strong Mastercam programming background. Program CNC machines and generate efficient tool paths Provide hands-on machining optimization and troubleshooting Partner with production, quality, and design to improve manufacturability Reduce cycle times, refine tooling, and increase process robustness 2) Process Engineer Must have: Heavy ERP experience (ownership or workflow build experience preferred).
