If you’re looking for a hands-on role where you’ll spend most of your time on the plant floor solving puzzles and driving automation, this is your opportunity. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer I , you’ll provide engineering and continuous improvement support for current and future manufacturing processes. This is not a desk job—expect majority your time on the floor. You’ll work closely with operating teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and innovate. Support safe, compliant operations while driving process improvements. Develop expertise in manufacturing equipment and processes to meet customer and business needs. Provide hands-on technical support for mechanical design, equipment reliability, and process development. Lead or participate in projects involving equipment modifications, installations, and automation initiatives. Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency and waste reduction. Support commercialization of new products and processes. Collaborate with purchasing on equipment specifications and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent plus 2 years process/mechanical/electrical engineering. OR 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (3D/Inventor a plus) and MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Familiarity with SPC, process capability, and data-driven problem solving.
