Manufacturing Process and Materials Technologist Position Overview: The Manufacturing Process and Materials Technologist plays a critical role in operating industrial and laboratory equipment for processes such as additive manufacturing and subtractive machining as well as for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of such operations. This position is vital to supporting a range of manufacturing research and development projects through hands-on operation, development of operational procedures, completion of maintenance, execution of various non-routine tasks, capture of quality measurements, and assistance in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. This individual will be responsible, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative, bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every task. Passionate about solving problems and delivering results, the ideal candidate is curious about the intricacies of manufacturing processes and seeks continual learning and growth.
