About The Position

McKee Foods is seeking a Manufacturing Process Analyst to join our Plant Business Systems team. The Manufacturing Process Analyst leads application administrators supporting TN Manufacturing Campus business systems, including OPM, WMS, LPS, ASRS, AOPS, and YMS. This role serves as the liaison between operations and corporate teams to ensure effective system performance, customer support, and coordinated inventory and replenishment processes. The Analyst drives system improvements, oversees campus-level inventory management, plans and coordinates system updates and implementations, and supervises the team in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws. Leads a team of application administrators to deliver high-quality customer service and reliable application performance Ensures technical expertise to support and troubleshoot business systems including OPM, WMS, AOPS, ASRS, Lumos, LPS, and related applications Oversees installation, configuration, maintenance, patches, updates, and upgrades of applications Partners with MOS to integrate McKee Operating Principles across operations Supports change management for system implementations and process improvements through communication, training, and adoption support Promotes a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and performance development Drives improvement initiatives to increase efficiency for end users and administrators Coaches employees on technical and teamwork development through meaningful individual plans Analyzes and troubleshoots business processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance food and human safety Maintains inter-campus ordering systems and performs root cause analysis of system issues

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree with at least three full years of employment in a related position or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of experience = 1 year of education)
  • Outstanding proven experience in leading multiple teams to a successful conclusion in projects
  • Substantial knowledge and experience in a manufacturing environment and the business systems used to support it
  • Mastery of analytical tools and such as Microsoft Excel (i.e. advanced formulas, statistical tools, pivot tables, etc.) or similar tool(s)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Power BI report writing tools and ability to use them to perform exploration analysis
  • Ability to write SQL queries to identify system outliers during system breakdown analysis
  • Foundational understanding of software design and development, database structure, networking, and delivery of web based applications
  • Fundamental understanding of computer hardware including pcs, thin clients, terminal servers, etc.
  • Experience with using lean manufacturing and continuous process improvement tools
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree, or proven ability to complete continuous improvement projects
  • Substantial knowledge and experience in the McKee Manufacturing environment and the business systems used to support it including OPM, WMS, LPS, MCS, ASRS, AOPS, YMS, etc.
  • Experience in using Fresh Services/McKee Help Desk system to manage and organize resources for responding to customer needs
  • Extensive knowledge in OPM and OPM related interfaces, error checking systems, data loader and database query tools
  • Experience in utilizing AQuA, Poka and or similar tools to bridge operational knowledge between plant floor and line-back groups
  • Experience in working with corporate teams to navigate legacy reports to Incorta
  • Knowledgeable of FSMA and BRC Standards
