About The Position

General Dynamics Mission Systems has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Planning Manager. The position provides an opportunity to enhance the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation’s fundamental defense services. Overview: A Manufacturing Planning Supervisor/Manager oversees production planning, material control, and workflow coor-dination to meet program and customer delivery requirements. They lead cross-functional teams, manage depart-mental goals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring efficient resource utilization and effective conflict resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.
