About The Position

You will be the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor for the Production, Planning and Control organization. Our team is responsible for managing the internal Make Planning and Material Handling team within one of the production buildings on site. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner Supervisor you will be responsible for coordinating make‑planning activities, directing material‑handling operations, and ensuring production schedules are met while supporting a non‑standard work‑week. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Experience in production, logistics, supply chain, or inventory control
Experience with SAP or an MRP equivalent
Demonstrated ability and experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms (face-to-face, virtually, email, Teams, etc.)
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance and must have a final secret clearance prior to starting.
Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) background check to obtain approval to be an “employee possessor” (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment

Working knowledge of Apriso Warehouse Management
Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Manufacturing operations experience
Experience and understanding of establishing performance metrics commensurate with role
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified

Responsibilities

Lead the Make Planning team to develop daily production plans that align with customer demand.
Oversee material handling processes to guarantee material availability and on‑time delivery.
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and operations partners to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
