About The Position

You will be the Manufacturing Planner Sr. for the Production Planning and Control team. Our team is responsible for orchestrating end‑to-end material flow, ensuring production schedules align with demand, and driving operational excellence across the enterprise. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Planner Sr., you will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable production plans and maintaining accurate bill‑of-materials data. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and bill‑of-materials (BOM) plans. Coordinate interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, and contracts administration. Generate and manage move orders, stock transfers, and shipping requests to expedite part movement. Communicate with all production sites and vendor locations, providing updates and resolving issues. Support travel and off‑hour operations as needed to meet production timelines. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
  • Experience with Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS)
  • Experience with SAP/MRP
  • Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, a represented workforce and internal and external customers.
  • Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Must be able to work outside of the normal operating hours, as required
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, an interim is required to start the position
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
