Requirements

  • Experience with data comparison or validation
  • Experience with Production Control, logistics or shop floor control
  • A detail-oriented planner who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Someone who enjoys working with data and understands how to turn analysis into meaningful, executable insights.
  • A collaborator who communicates effectively across teams and functions to solve problems and support goals.
  • Highly organized and able to balance priorities while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to problem solve
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Shop Floor experience
  • Knowledge of lean material flow concepts.
  • Experience with: SAP, Rapid Response, Business Object, SFM, writing queries in SQL, SharePoint
  • Experience with production schedules and work plans.
  • APICS certified
  • Demonstrated ability to create and present data and material information
  • Experience presenting in front of leadership

Responsibilities

  • Translate program requirements and directives into executable data trends, reporting tools, and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain multiple databases for input, tracking, and analysis of manufacturing trends.
  • Synthesize data from SAP and other enterprise systems to provide user-friendly, actionable reports for stakeholders.
  • Support the creation and execution of improvement plans aligned with operational goals.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing and Operations Management to provide shop floor control for make parts.
  • Analyze and manage production schedules and capacity requirements, ensuring timely execution of work plans.
  • Provide production status updates and escalate or work around delays to maintain production flow.
  • This position will work first shift; some overtime and alternate shift work may be required based on business needs.
