Your starting pay is $20.58 and earn more with shift premiums. Manufacturing Operators work on different shift patterns – It’s not a M-F shift but you still get 2 consecutive days off with a 5 day work week. You can enroll in all benefits after 90 days: medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays and even referral bonus. You’ll most likely know which operator role you’d like from your previous manufacturing or food industry experience. You’ll shadow different aspects of the New Century facility, continuously learning and applying machinery standards. You will operate the machinery that makes Country Crock and I Can’t Believe it’s not Butter! You’ll learn lock out tag out at your machinery post and troubleshoot by basic repairs and change overs and use your MS Office experience to document any issues.
