The Entry-Level Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting daily production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves maintaining a clean and safe workspace, assisting with production processes, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. Key responsibilities include performing general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, emptying trash containers, and removing production debris (e.g., shavings). The technician will support operations across multiple production lines, including extrusion, tapeline, and cover line processes. The role also involves monitoring equipment performance, assisting with machine setup, maintaining product quality standards, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. The technician will work closely with operators and leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while developing skills across multiple production lines.
