Requirements
- Proven experience in paint, welding, machine operations, or metal fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Dependable with a consistent work schedule
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative production environment
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment for fabrication and assembly
- Apply expertise in painting, welding, or metal fabrication to produce high-quality signage
- Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Track jobs and production progress using computer systems
- Maintain quality standards and troubleshoot minor production issues
