About The Position

Join our one-year state of Maine Certified Apprenticeship Manufacturing Operator Apprenticeship Program, designed to provide comprehensive training and on-the-job experience. This program combines pre-apprenticeship experience from Sanford Regional Technical Center's Precision Manufacturing Program and/or Biddeford Regional Center of Technology's Manufacturing Technology program with intensive hands-on training in major manufacturing principles and processes used in the aerospace industry. Successful candidates will have three different opportunities to learn and grow in various areas within the plant ONLY 2026 students graduating from the two programs are eligible to apply 1st shift , 5x8 , 7:00am-3:30pm , Mionday-Friday

Requirements

• Must be a graduate or soon to be a 2025 graduate of the Sanford Regional Technical Center's Precision Manufacturing Program or Biddeford Regional Center of Technology's Manufacturing Technology program
