Requirements
- Physical stamina – you’ll be on your feet for 12-hour shifts, working with equipment and materials that require strength and endurance.
- Comfort with a fast-paced, hands-on environment where teamwork and focus are key.
- Ability to lift 5–50 pounds frequently and work in a variety of positions – bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, and more.
- Strong math skills (decimals, fractions, averages) to keep operations precise.
- Good communication skills to work closely with your team and supervisors.
- A commitment to safety, quality, and showing up ready to contribute every day.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience (a plus, but not required – we train!).
- Ability to read and speak English is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Load and unload materials onto and off machines.
- Process tubing through specialized equipment.
- Inspect tubes to ensure top-notch quality before they head out to customers.
- Play an essential role in keeping production running smoothly and safely.
