About The Position

Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K) to support the 767 Compliance team in Everett, Washington. A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. This role will lead a team of 10+ people. Position Responsibilities: Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages, develops and motivates employees

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
  • 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience with data analysis
  • 3+ years of experience in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs
  • 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within procedures aimed at showing/finding compliance to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations
  • Familiarity with One BPS (Boeing Production System) standards
