This position encompasses responsibility for manufacturing support on the shop floor, production methods and standards, product design, research and development, preparing cad files, and special cost estimates. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
• 1–2 years of manufacturing/engineering experience
• AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

Nice To Haves

• CNC & G-code programming
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma (Black Belt a plus)
• Knowledge of fabrication, welding, machining, stamping, SPC
• OSHA familiarity

Responsibilities

• Improve and optimize production and tooling methods
• Develop processes for new products and manufacturing techniques
• Design custom fixturing, tooling, and equipment
• Support Sales with technical quotations
• Oversee manufacturing processes and troubleshoot on the shop floor
• Drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements
