KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - MANUFACTURING MECHANIC

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
3-5 years of applicable work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of hydraulics, electricity, mechanics, pneumatic machinery, and general building maintenance.
Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and ladder logic programs.
Knowledge of the Lock Out Tag Out process.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
Careful attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
Capability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
